Globus Maritime Limited Announces the Delivery of a 2015-Built Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Vessel “Galaxy Globe”, Expanding Fleet to Six Vessels
Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (“Navios Holdings”) (NYSE:NM), announced today that it sold the Navios Gem, a 2014-built Capesize vessel of 181,336 dwt, and the Navios Victory, a 2014-built Panamax vessel of 77,095 dwt, to Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (“Navios Partners”) (NYSE:NMM) for a sale price of $51.0 million, subject to working capital adjustments.
Aegean Shipping Management , today is proud to announce the publication of its first Annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) report, for the year 2019, developed by considering the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for Marine transportation.
The ESG report outlines our Company’s ESG strategy and approach towards achieving the 2050 objectives of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), actual performance compared to previous years and industry benchmarks and future targets on material Environmental, Social and Governance issues.
