The Group is proud to announce the successful delivery and commencement of operations for its 36th and 37th gas carrier newbuildings, the ECO TEXIANA and ECO NEBULA.
These sister vessels represent a significant milestone in the Group’s ongoing fleet expansion and modernization strategy, further strengthening its position in the specialized petrochemical transport sector.

Vessel Specifications and Investment
Built at the renowned Sasaki Shipyard in Japan, both vessels are state-of-the-art 11,000 cbm Fully Pressurized VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer) carriers. The two-ship order represents a total investment of approximately $80 million USD en bloc.
To ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, both units feature the following specifications:
- Flag State: Marshall Islands
- Classification Society: Bureau Veritas
- Ownership: Held by the private arm of the Group
Future Growth and Orderbook
The delivery of the ECO TEXIANA and ECO NEBULA comes during a period of rapid fleet diversification. The Group currently maintains an extensive newbuilding program consisting of 13 additional energy-carrying vessels scheduled for delivery between Q1 2027 and 2029.
The remaining orderbook includes:
- 12 Tankers under construction at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), South Korea, comprising:
- 4 MR Tankers
- 4 LR2 Tankers
- 4 Suezmax Tankers
- 1 Gas Carrier under construction in Japan.
